Hahn Air has already integrated 20 new carriers into its global network of more than 350 air, rail and shuttle partners by the end of the third quarter of this year. Of the new partnerships, nine are new interline agreements and eleven are new partners of H1-Air, a product of the global consolidation service Hahn Air Systems.

The services of the following nine airlines are now available on the HR-169 ticket under their own designator thanks to an interline agreement with Hahn Air

  • Africa World Airlines (AW), Ghana
  • Air KBZ (K7), Myanmar
  • Air Senegal (HC), Senegal
  • Austrian Airlines (OS), Austria
  • Eastar Jet (ZE), South Korea
  • JC International Airlines (QD), Cambodia
  • Jubba Airlines (3J), Kenya
  • Lanmei Airlines (LQ), Cambodia
  • Sunwing Airlines (WG), Canada

The flights of the eleven new partners of the consolidation service Hahn Air Systems are now available under the reservation code H1 in all GDSs. Travel agents in 190 markets can book their services and issue them on the HR-169 ticket. 2018 saw agreements with the following airlines and tour operators:

  • Aerolíneas Sosa (S0), Honduras
  • Air Kiribati (IK), Kiribati
  • Anguilla Air Services (Q3), Anguilla
  • Blue Bird Airways (BZ), Greece
  • China West Air (PN), China
  • Cronos Airlines (C8), Equatorial Guinea
  • Easyfly (VE), Colombia
  • Jetways Airlines (WU), Kenya
  • Lanmei Airlines (LQ), Cambodia
  • Myway Airlines (MJ), Georgia
  • TravelXperts ag, Switzerland

“We are especially pleased that two of our new interline partners are now making use of a dual partnership with the Hahn Air Group, which means they are combining an interline agreement with our H1-Air product”, says Steve Knackstedt, Vice President of the Airline Business Group at Hahn Air. “Lanmei Airlines and Africa World Airlines are therefore now available on the Hahn Air ticket under their own IATA codes while at the same time, they can be issued in all major GDSs under the Hahn Air Systems code H1. This is a growing trend among our customer airlines as it gives them a truly global approach to indirect distribution via travel agencies.”

With its ticketing and distribution solutions, the German airline Hahn Air facilitates global business between travel agencies and airlines. Its global connectivity with all major Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and almost all Billing and Settlement Plans (BSPs) enables 100,000 travel agents worldwide to issue transportation services of Hahn Air partners on the HR-169 ticket.
