ASKY Airlines restart Johannesburg route with more luggage and kilo surprises

ASKY Airlines flight to Johannesburg, South Africa restarts today. This is a direct flight from Lome-Johannesburg, using their 737-800 aircraft.

The Pan-African carrier will offer a daily flight every day of the week between Lomé and Johannesburg. The airline as part of its end of year surprises will be givivg passengers extra luggage and extra kilos.

According to a post by the country manager in Ghana, Worlanyo Afadzinu, “We are happy to offer you 23KG X 3 pieces baggage allowance in economy and 32KG X 3 in business”. This means that passengers can now check in 3 bags at 23 kgs each if they are on economy and 3 bags at 32kgs each if they are on business class.

Before the COVID 19 pandemic, ASKY Airlines was already flying to South Africa by serving Johannesburg via Lome and Lagos with a stopover at Douala or Libreville.
