Due to extremely poor visibility conditions throughout the region, a large number of flights are experiencing significant disruptions, including delays, cancellations and diversions.

Passengers booked on any Africa World Airlines (AWA) operated flights for travel on or before Wednesday 19FEB20 will be permitted to rebook their travel without any change fees subject to availability of seats.

Please contact the call center on 0800 200 200 (Ghana), or contact your travel agent to avail yourself of this change fee waiver. Kindly bear with them as they may be experiencing very heavy call volumes during this period.

They thank their passengers for their patience, and assure them of their highest commitment to safety under these circumstances.
