The Ghana Airport Company Limited (GACL) has debunked a video circulating on social media about the disparity of salary and allowances between senior management and other staff.
The video posted on August 5th, 2021 made allegations against management with regard to the significant differences in their salary structure.
A communique cited on the organizations Facebook page on the 5th August, asked the public to disregard the information contained in the said video because they were malicious, false and “aimed at inciting staff against Management” – the communique said.
Below is the writeup on GACL’s Facebook page. It reads:
Our attention has been drawn to a video circulating on social media in which allegations have been made about the salaries of Senior Executives of Ghana Airports Company Limited.
Management wishes to state that the allegations are irresponsible, totally false, and aimed at inciting staff against Management.
The general public is advised to disregard all allegations made.
