Emirates Airlines is extending the suspension of flights departing Accra till indefinitely.
An urgent broadcast sited by GH-Aviation states that, “Emirates flight suspension from Accra to Dubai (EK 788) effective 27th December, 2021 is now extended until further notice.”
The airline’s broadcast went further to advise all passengers departure from La Cote d’Ivoire of the suspension of that route as well.
However, “passengers originating from EK Network holding confirmed bookings to ACC and meeting the entry requirements for ACC will be accepted for travel” – the statement said.
The statement went on to advise all arriving and transiting “passengers from other countries who have been in the aforementioned countries within fourteen days prior to their entry into Dubai” that they were also affected by the restriction.
