Africa World Airlines (AWA) πŸ‡¬πŸ‡, the Ghanaian private sector airline; and Air Burkina πŸ‡§πŸ‡« , the national carrier of Burkina Faso, have announced an #interline #partnership to better connect passengers through AWA’s hub in Accra.

Under the partnership, passengers from Air Burkina’s network can connect seamlessly on a single ticket to and from AWA’s services between Accra and Lagos, Abuja and Abidjan, as well as domestic points within Ghana.

AWA started operations in 2012 and operates a fleet of 8 jet aircraft across 9 destinations throughout Ghana, Nigeria, Liberia and Sierra Leone; with services to Cote D’lvoire planned to commence shortly. Air Burkina is the national airline of Burkina Faso and operates a fleet of modern Embraer E-Jets on a network of 9 destinations in West Africa and the Sahel region.
