The Aircraft Accident and Incident Investigation Bureau (AIB) has appointed Air Commodore (Rtd) Kwame Mamphey, a former Director General of Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) as the Investigator-In-Charge (IIC) in the KLM Royal Dutch Airlines bird strike incident that occurred on Friday 3rd September, 2021 at the Kotoka International Airport.
